We have an online system for registering new students at Cedar Ridge Elementary. By filling out the forms online, you can register in the convenience of your own home and also reduce the number of times you’ll need to enter the same information.

We are aware that if you are only registering a new kindergarten student some of the questions may seem a little odd. Please do your best to answer each question to the extent it applies to your child.

Please note, filling out this online form does not complete your child’s registration. We will still need to see a full-size, original birth certificate; proof of address (for example, a utility bill with your name on it); and proof (or exemption) of immunizations. Once you’ve provided us with these documents, we will have you sign an official printed registration form.
